Pricing

No plans. Free during early access.

Every feature, for everyone, at no cost. When a client pays you, the money goes straight into your own Razorpay account — Merryhive takes no cut and never holds it.

How Merryhive charges

₹0

a month — no subscription and no card on file

0%

commission on paid bookings and session packages

Direct

guests pay into your own Razorpay account, never ours

Razorpay’s own gateway fee, about 2%, is charged by Razorpay on your account as it would be anywhere. If paid plans ever arrive, you will hear about it by email at least 30 days ahead.

Included for everyone

The whole product, for everyone.

Being straight about two things. There is no custom domain for your booking page and no public API, and we would rather you knew that here than found out in week two. Teams work, but Merryhive is built around one person and one link with teams layered on top — every booking belongs to one person, and there is no shared inbox or company-wide admin.

The questions that actually get asked.

Is it really free?

Yes, during early access. No subscription, no card on file and no commission on paid bookings or packages. If we introduce paid plans later, every host will be told by email at least 30 days before anything changes, and nothing will be charged without you choosing it.

How does the money reach me?

Directly. You connect your own Razorpay account under Apps → Razorpay, and guests pay into it — UPI, card or netbanking. Razorpay settles to your bank on its usual schedule. Merryhive never holds your money, so there are no payouts to wait for and nothing sits in between.

Can I take paid bookings today?

Yes, once your Razorpay account is connected. Razorpay asks for its own KYC before it settles real money to you; until then you can connect your test keys and try the whole flow end to end. Free meetings need nothing at all.

What if a guest pays but closes the page?

They still get their booking. Every few minutes Merryhive asks Razorpay about orders that were started but never confirmed; if the payment went through, the booking is made and both of you are emailed. If the time was taken in the meantime, the guest is refunded in full.

How do refunds work?

From the Billing page, in full or in part. The refund is sent from your Razorpay account, because that is where the payment went, and the guest is emailed. Razorpay does not give back its gateway fee on a refund. Partial refunds leave the rest refundable later.

What does Razorpay itself cost?

About 2% per payment on Razorpay’s standard plan, taken by Razorpay. It is not Merryhive revenue, and the real rate depends on how the guest pays — check your own Razorpay pricing for the methods you accept.
