Service Delivery Policy

Nothing physical is shipped. Sessions are delivered by the professional you book, online or in person, at the time you booked; confirmations arrive by email within minutes.

Plain language, on purpose. This document describes what Merryhive actually does — the data it stores, the services it shares that data with, and how money moves through it. If anything here is unclear, or seems to differ from what the product does, tell us and we will fix whichever one is wrong.

Merryhive is early software, and both documents will change as it does. The date above tells you which version you are reading.

Nothing is shipped

Merryhive sells no physical goods and ships nothing. What you buy through a booking page is time with a professional: a consultation, a coaching session, a lesson or similar, delivered online or in person at the time you booked.

When you book a session

  • Your booking is confirmed on screen immediately after you book, or after payment for a paid session.
  • A confirmation email with a calendar invite follows within minutes, with the meeting link, phone number or address the host chose.
  • Reminders are emailed before the session.
  • The session itself is delivered by the host at the booked time, on the platform shown in your confirmation (for example Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, phone or in person).
  • If the host has to approve bookings, you are told so on screen, and you receive the confirmation when they accept.

When you buy a package of sessions

A package is available as soon as payment succeeds. You receive a personal link by email to book each session against your balance, and you can use it until the package’s expiry date, if it has one, which is shown when you buy.

If a session is not delivered

If a session did not take place because of the host, you are entitled to a new time or a refund; see the Cancellation & Refund Policy and the contact page.
